“Creating educational spaces where students can be fearless, seek support, and make mistakes is of the utmost importance to my teaching method. When met with these practices, students begin to understand the context shaping their experiences and aspirations, becoming active stakeholders in their education instead of passive recipients. I aim to support students in becoming not only more skilled artists and thinkers, but more engaged and compassionate citizens of the world; I aim to inspire the next generation of storytellers as they continue to inspire me.”

“Overall I feel greatly inspired to continue reading and learning about theater and how it pertains to our lives today. The instructor was very collaborative and engaged with both the materials of the class as well as the students. He created an environment that was collaborative, open, and comfortable for each and every student to speak their minds and engage in thoughtful discussion.”
